Currently, Egeria holds a majority stake in four leading Dutch companies. Egeria aims to have four to six majority stakes in the future.

Investment criteria

Egeria applies a set of clear investment criteria in its selection of its investments.

The most important criteria are:

Companies with an enterprise value of € 25 – € 100 million.
Companies have to be based in the Netherlands or have a Dutch link.
Companies can be in various sectors, with the exception of biotechnology and ‘non-ethical’ sectors.
Companies must have an experienced management team and a proven track record who are willing to co-invest in line with their capacity.
Companies must have a strong market position and strong (international) growth potential.
Companies that thrive under a long-lasting relationship with one majority shareholder, long-term value can be created for all stakeholders
