Imtech Traffic and Infra secures new owner
Imtech Traffic & Infra is pleased to confirm that it has secured a buyer and a future for the Division.
With our new owner, Egeria, we have the opportunity to continue our good work and deliver on our commitments to our markets.
Egeria is a well-respected Dutch private equity firm which has €1.7 billion under management. Egeria aims to create long term value for all parties involved by growing and developing the companies in close cooperation, and based on mutual respect and trust, with the management.
