Our origin lies in Private Equity and it is still at the core of our business today. Egeria is an active partner that aims to accelerate growth, both organically and through acquisitions. We invest in healthy businesses in the Netherlands, the DACH region and the USA with an enterprise value of up to €350 million, with the underlying principle that management is a co-owner. Our interest lies in businesses with growth potential that are active in a market with attractive prospects.

Egeria Private Equity consists of our Funds team and our Evergreen team. With Funds we focus on majority investments with a typical holding period of five to seven years. The Funds business operates as a fully licensed AIFMD manager. Our Evergreen team works with an extended investment horizon of 10+ years, a sector-specific focus and a flexible capital commitment.
In recent years we have branched out into Real Estate through investments in and development of real estate projects. For Egeria Real Estate Development (ERED) our focus is on (re)developing residential and commercial real estate in the Netherlands. At Egeria Real Estate Investments (EREI) we invest in both residential and commercial real estate with a focus on the DACH region, the Netherlands and the US.
Since 2019 we have been active investors in the public stock market with Listed Investments engaging in constructive dialogues with managements of listed companies.
