In May 2007, Egeria, together with the management team of Boemer, acquired a majority stake in Boemer from a consortium of investors. Boemer is a leading, pan-European network with 14 companies leasing facility services for the “Live Communication” market. With the package of facility services, the companies provide services for trade fairs, conferences and business-to-business events throughout Europe. The companies offer, 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, complete packages for:
– Furnishing: from standard layouts for trade fair stands to the latest furniture designs for VIP lounges and conferences.
– Floor covering: floor coverings of every type, including carpet tiles, permanent floor covering, laminates and parquet flooring.
– Light, Sound and Vision: a wide assortment for complete technical support of an event with images, lighting, audio-visual equipment, power supply and the necessary temporary infrastructure.
Leading brands within the Boemer Group are JMT (Europe), Van der Veen (Benelux) and La Compagnie (France). Boemer is the market leader in Europe with activities in the Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, France, the UK and Spain. The annual sales amounts to approximately € 70 million and the company employs a total of 450 employees.
