Holonite
In April 2007, Egeria and Holonite’s management team acquired Holonite from a consortium of investors.
Holonite is a leading manufacturer of cast composite stone lintels, window sills and wall claddings, which are incorporated in both new-build and renovation projects. In addition, Holonite has recently expanded its range of products to include cast composite stone, outdoor products such as swimming pool edging, plant containers and benches. Composite stone is a mixture of mineral materials, bound together by the use of polyester resin. Cast composite stone is of very high quality, very durable, and comparable with high-quality natural stone in terms of appearance.
Holonite has production facilities in Tholen and Halsteren. The company employs more than 100 people and has annual sales of € 15 million.
In 2012, Holonite was sold.
