In January 2004, Egeria, together with the management, purchased M&G Group.
Since then, Muelink & Grol (“M&G Group”) has become the absolute leading manufacturer of flue-gas exhaust systems in Europe through various acquisitions and by achieving strong independent growth. As well as a broad range of products for flue-gas exhaust systems, the company also offers high-quality ventilation system products. Muelink & Grol offers over 12,000 items and these products are made of aluminium, stainless steel or plastic (PP/PPs). Within the M&G Group, a large R&D department works in close cooperation with the clients and is highly involved in product innovation.

M&G has performed a successful buy & build strategy over the years, growing from a Dutch manufacturer to a leading European player with a more diversified product offering including ventilation systems (M&G Group performed a regional refocus strategy by carving out the business focused on North America, M&G DuraVent, and Security Chimneys in 2017)
