UDB is a Dutch beer supplier that was acquired by Nimbus in 2008 from the global beer brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev. UDB has a wide range of beer brands which it distributes in more than 90 countries worldwide. The company’s brand portfolio includes Oranjeboom, Royal Dutch Posthorn, Breda Bier, Atlas and 3 Horses, which are sold to both on- and off-trade beer distributors, retail organisations and directly to leading retailers. UDB has outsourced the brewing and filling of its products to a broad base of independent Western-European breweries that produce according to UDB´s recipes.

UDB´s head office is situated in Breda and its logistics centre is located in Teteringen. The company employs around 45 people who are jointly responsible for its annual sales of more than € 70 million in 2013.

UDB was sold to Gimv in February 2015.
